Founder of Arajena™ Learning

Arajena™ Learning grew out of a personal search for my four daughters—and a deep desire to give them the kind of education I believe every child deserves. I wanted a homeschool science curriculum that engages the senses, invites hands-on exploration, and makes biological discoveries genuinely memorable.

After several years of homeschooling, I looked for an anatomy and physiology homeschool curriculum that would help my daughters understand their bodies through activities they could touch, build, and explore. When I couldn't find the academic depth combined with the immersive experience I envisioned, I began developing my own lessons and teaching homeschool science classes locally.

Watching children become truly excited about how their bodies work inspired me to share these experiences with families everywhere. Drawing on my background as a Columbia University-trained registered nurse and my hands-on experience as a homeschool mom, I designed Arajena™ Learning as an open-and-go science curriculum. My goal is to make learning advanced medical concepts engaging for children and completely manageable for parents—with thoughtfully prepared lessons and activity supplies included, right down to the glue stick.

I want to help children marvel at their amazing bodies while giving parents the support and confidence to enjoy learning right alongside them.
